Three Rivers South

Three Rivers South  - an area of property adjacent to Sunriver to the North and  La Pine to the South.  The area derives it´s name because of the Rivers running through this area of land.  The Big Deschutes, Little Deschutes and Spring River are all nestled within this area of Towering Ponderosas, views of Mt. Bachelor, Beautiful Sunsets and abundant wildlife.  Homes in this area range from Multi-Million Dollar Log homes and Estates to RV lots for the summer vacation camper.  There are still undeveloped home sites and acreages as well.

 

Some of the Major developments include Vandevert Ranch, Crosswater and newly conceived Caldera Springs. These are self-contained communities with gated entrances and restrictive covenants and conditions.
